Our entire experience was amazing! Starting with a market tour is a great idea to get an introduction to a lot of the foods you will be cooking later on. Everything was delicious, the entire day was fun, and we learned a lot!

I am Graciela Montaño, a Mexican- born chef with extensive sommelier and pairing studies. I graduated from Colegio Superior de Gastronomia and Escuela de Gastronomía Mexicana, both in Mexico City.
