I had an amazing time on tour yesterday! It was definitely a highlight of my trip. The food was delicious and the sights were beautiful. The tour felt very authentic and personal, and we got to visit many areas of the city that I would otherwise not have had a chance to experience.

I was born a food lover. I’ve lived my whole life in Mexico City and I have yet to taste all the flavors of the city. Each time I eat the delicious food the city has to offer, it just leaves me wanting more and more. I grew up with these amazing flavors and now I share them with the world.
My grandmother instilled a passion for reading and traveling in me at an early age. She would always give me books about foreign countries. This sent me and my partner-in-crime, my dog Mateo, on a lifelong search for new and enchanted lands. I still live in my hometown, but twice a year I try to visit a new place from one of my books. When I’m not traveling, I’m showing visitors of Mexico City the best restaurants. I love working with travelers, because I am one myself. I make sure people avoid the tourist traps and eat good food cooked by good people. I’m obsessed with showing off the best sides of Mexico and, for me, that all starts with some of the most flavorful, authentic cuisine in the entire world. I haven’t been everywhere, but Mexico City will always be my favorite place to eat.
