Be part of Granada’s great, long-standing history with a complete tour through its ancient grounds! It is one of the oldest cities in Latin America, and the city still preserves its original historic colonial center and grand cathedral. The colonial city of Granada is one of the most important and popular destinations in Nicaragua, attracting travelers from all over the world with its nature and history.

Your tour through Granada will be centered around the city’s monumental architecture. You will begin by visiting some of the most significant and exceptional churches in the city and have the opportunity to climb up the spiraling caracole stairs to the bell tower for a panoramic view of the entire city. After this breathtaking view, learn about the city’s past and present as your local guide will take you on a historical tour through the museum, packed with stories of the natives, pirates, and conquerors.

You will then have time to relax, have lunch or a snack, and stroll along La Calzada, a bustling street filled with cafes, restaurants, and shops. End the day with a view of the natural wonders around Granada as you board the boat tour on Lake Cocibolca.
